The Advantage Caramel Nut Roll is excellent. I carry one in my purse for the occasions when I cannot stop and eat responsibly and need a snack. They retain integrity in this travel mode and the flavor & texture does not give any hint that this is a low carb product.

These bars are the best! Sample them all and find your favorite flavor; you won't regret it! No matter where you are, you have a high protein, low carb meal with you. They are super convenient, and very delicious. People asked me for years how I could eat these bars everyday, and then they also tried them, and are hooked. They are filling, but you don't feel sluggish and stuffed, so at work you can stay alert and be productive even after lunch!

I have eaten the Advantage Bars for years. My only complaint is they have discontinued a lot of the flavors I liked. The low-carb diet became too popular and so many products arrived at the same time and then the craze stopped and most products disappeared. I imagine that it hurt Atkins real hard. I was so disappointed in my fellow Type 2 diabetics. Low-carb foods should be popular with them and it is disturbing that they are not.

OK, let's face it, most of these taste like crap. But we aren't eating them because we love the taste. We are eating them because we need to eat something nutritional and we need it while on the go. This particular bar though is better than most. I like it because it doesn't have any sugar alcohols (which personally cause digestive problems) like so many of the others out there. It also doesn't have the sickly sweet flavor of others. Just a straightforward, mild tasting bar.

I use my atkins cookbooks for baked goods religiously. I love having this baking mix available again. It has great recipe flexibility for replacing flour in baked goods. I love how well it seals and keeps for freshness in between uses too. It is a low carb staple of mine.

I wanted to believe this was going to be a great addition to my low carb world. I purchased 3 thinking I better get them while they are discounted. Mostly try to use them as a pancake mix and in that capacity I found the texture gritty and difficult to work with plus the added minus that the flavor was not all that great. Now I mix some of this product with Bisquick. which is reliable and together I get better results but no longer the advantage from using this product alone. Something like half and half, plus eggs. Atkins recipe for making pancakes is a little quirky and it must be because of the nature of this mix. I wanted to like it very much but no dice. I was also very curious to their pasta that was and has been released on the same date as this product. I have yet to attempt to use it in other ways but let's just say it is not top priority. I give All Purpose Baking Mix a sad 2 Stars. Obviously the magic I was hoping for did not materialize itself on real tine.

I've tried all the Atkins Day Break bars and cranberry almond is by far my favorite. It's not horribly sweet or tangy, but a pleasant combination of both with the chewiness of the granola.

I have been eating Atkins breakfast bars for years, and am glad that I do. They get me off to a great start on my low carb lifestyle, and I never have to feel deprived first thing in the morning. They look small, but are so filling that once I tried to eat two and regretted it. I think the best ones are Apple Crisp and Fruit Crumble. I like to eat as soon as I get out of bed, and these bars are readily available-less decision making first thing in the am + less time prepping breakfast= more time to exercise before work. Try a box!

Coconut Bar, as good or better than Mounds Bars. Chocolate Caramel Mousse, better than Milky Way. Caramel Nut Chew Bar, almost as good as Snickers. Peanut Butter Cups, almost as good as the originals. These are the best flavors, IMO. They keep my sanity intact when I have a sweet tooth...and I'm diabetic. THANKS. 5 STARS!

These bars really do the trick when I absolutely have to have something sweet. I've tried just about all of them and haven't had one I didn't like. They are a must-have for low-carb diet emergencies. I don't even miss real sugar.

I can't tell you how often these delicious shakes have stopped me from falling off my low carb diet. The vanilla shake tastes a lot like condensed milk in a can and can be used as a milk/cream substitute on low carb cereals, in coffee or in recipes.

Love these shakes...especially the Cafe Caramel Latte and Chocolate Royale. I'm a serious chocoholic..so I was surprised that my absolute favorite of all the flavors turned out to be the Strawberry Supreme...YUM! Filling shakes that taste great!

I was never a shake person. However, I am now a big time user. I love lattes and use the chocolate and vanilla for my milk. But my biggest discovery is to use the vanilla as my liquid in my baking. The only recipe I didn't like was the biscuits...they just shouldn't be sweet. But my muffins, pancakes and waffles, OH MY! The great thing is if you don't add vanilla, you keep 1 carb out and if you don't use splenda you can keep 48 carbs out for every cup. I finally got splenda to tell me the carb count for the regular splenda packets...it is 48 carbs per cup. I bake with my carbquik and Atkins and save so many carbs and love it...I do add the extra baking powder and everything is light and fluffy...it is worth the 1 carb for that teaspoon. Try it, you will love the Atkins with the carbquik.
